3261621 - Unable to deploy MTA Archive to BTP due to error space's memory limit exceeded

Symptom

You are unable to deploy MTA Archive to BTP Space from Business Application Studio or Cloud Foundry CLI with error for example:

422 Unprocessable Entity: CF-UnprocessableEntity(10008): space's memory limit exceeded: staging requires 1024M memory
