3261700 - Logon page appears when attempting to open an AO document from BILP

Symptom

  • A logon page prompting for username and password appears when attempting to open an Analysis for Office (AO) document from the BI Launchpad (BILP)
  • The correct behavior is that a new OpenDocument tab opens and disappears quickly, using the existing BILP session for authenitcation, then the .sapaox file is downloaded
  • The SSO using the BILP session to login to OpenDocument is not working
