3261743 - Performance Management Legacy Purge Error: The form is used in calibration[TemplateName:#, SessionName:#]

When using legacy purge for performance management, receive an error:

The form is used in calibration[TemplateName:#, SessionName:#]

• SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Process purge for Performance forms
2. Process purge for Calibration sessions
3. Attempt to process purge for performance forms again
4. Receive error message

Performance forms were purged before calibration sessions.

Scenario 1: Form is used in DELETED status calibration session

Pllease purge the calibration sessions.

1. Go to Data Retention Management > Create New Purge Request > Purge Calibration
2. Select the affected calibration template
3. Select "Deleted" session status
4. Add approver and save request to proceed with the approval

This will purge all deleted sessions under a calibration template, however, as deleted sessions are of no usage in the first place, this will not affect other data.

Scenario 2: Form is used in calibration session of other statuses

Prerequisite: Role-based permission > Manage Calibration > Remove Subjects from Calibration Sessions

1. Remove the subject from the calibration session through Admin Center > Remove Subjects from Calibration Sessions.
2. After the association between the form and calibration session is removed, please purge the performance form again.

NOTE: TemplateName in the error message refers to the calibration template id.

How to check which calibration template corresponds to the calibration template id in the error message using integration center (as currently calibration template id info is not included in ad hoc report or story report with calibration domain):

1. Go to integration center
2. Click on "Create"
3. Select New Scheduled CSV File Output Integration
4. Select CalibrationTemplate entity
5. In the fields select templateId and templateName
6. Click on "select"
7. Click on "Configure Fields" and you can have a preview of the data
8. Click on "Filter and Sort" to configure filters to filter the result
