Symptom

CPQ Tags are not recognized by Excel Charts.

Environment

Type: Test and Productive System
Product version: SAP CPQ 2020
System managed by: SAP Cloud Tenant
Sold product: SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an Excel Template for Document Generation;
  2. Add a Chart;
  3. On the values for the chart, select cells with CPQ Tags.

Resolution

Using CPQ Tags to create charts is currently not supported.
