3261857 - Cannot enroll user in Zoom class

User cannot register for a Zoom Class.

• VLS Error Code: Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only.
• VLS Error: Registration has not been enabled for this meeting: #RANDOM_NUMBER#

Possible causes:

• One of the Zoom instructor's settings was changed to enable "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting" which caused the registration issue.
• When an instructor has a Personal Link set up in his "meetings" section of Zoom.
• If a user registers, cancels, then attempts to register again, system gives error

• In Zoom Admin panel, change the instructor's account to not use their Personal Meeting ID.
• In case that help is required to perform these changes/adjustments, please contact your Zoom support.
• For third cause of user re-enrollment, LMS Engineering team will be enhancing application to change this behavior.
