3261904 - Provisioning job Employee Data Import failing

Employee Data Import (for Employee Central only) fails with error "You do not have permission to execute any Administrative or Human Resources functions."

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Filter by Employee Data Import (for Employee Central only) job
3. Check that the job is failing
4. On the Details column, see on the Details Description the error message "Full exception:com.successfactors.jobscheduler.ScheduledJobExecutionException: You do not have permission to execute any Administrative or Human Resources functions."

• System does not have EC enabled
• Or Job Owner does not have Import Permissions.

• If the instance does not have Employee Central enabled, use the Non-EC employee import job type "Employee Import" to change user information or create new users. (see 2086718 - Changing User Information & Creating New Users via Employee Import in SuccessFactors)
• If the instance has Employee Central enabled, check if the Job Owner of the Employee Data Import (for Employee Central only) job has Import Permissions (see Role-Based Permissions for Employee Data Import)
