3262225 - Program RPM_DX_ITEM always creates Portfolio Items with start status

Symptom

You use transaction/program RPM_DX_ITEM in "Create" scenario and use column "STATUS" to specify a status for the newly created item. Nevertheless, the item is created with a different status (i.e. a status which is defined as start status in the Item Type customizing).
