3262280 - Error messages 10391 and 11111 using sa login when granular permissions are used - SAP ASE

sa login is not able to do commands, but it has been granted the sa_role:

• sp_showplan receives error 10391:
  Msg 10391, Level 14, State 2:
  Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_showplan', Line 139:
  To execute this command/procedure, you must have the same user identity as the target process or must have one of the following role(s) or permission(s): 'monitor qp performance'. Please contact a user with the appropriate role for help.
  The query plan for spid '<spid_number>' is unavailable. Possibly the query has not started or has finished executing.
• grant monitor qp performance to dbo receives error 11111.
  Msg 11111, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'ASE', Line 1:
  No such role 'qp_role' exists.
  Role 'qp_role' was not added or dropped for auto activation.
