3262425 - DB6: Wrong database code page error during unicode conversion

You are doing unicode conversion as part of system copy.

You get following error in R3load test after target database has been setup by swpm tool.

Running with UTF-8 Unicode
Running with CLI driver.

You have confirmed that the target database is unicode and the code page is set properly.
