Symptom

R3trans -d failed and trans.log shows following entries
  
Connecting as SYSTEM/<pwd>@<SID>
Now 'SYSTEM/<pwd>@<SID>' is connected
e: OCIStmtExecute() failed with -1=OCI_ERROR, SQL error 942:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

SELECT * FROM "DDNTT" WHERE TABNAME = 'SVERS';
*** ERROR => NTAB: get_ntab_db_structure(): ddntt_column_check() returned dbsl error 99
