3262504 - Event reason dropdown is shown as No data

No matter what event you choose, the event reason dropdown is shown as No data.

1. Log into the customer's instance.

2. Go to employee profile >> Actions >> Change job and compensation info >> choose job information >> select effective date >> set event = data change >> Event reason dropdown is shown as 'No data'.

It's a configuration issue.

In "configure object definition" >> object definition, Country/Region, it can be seen that "Event reason Wrapper" is associated with Country/Region. 

But in "manage data" >> Country/Region, China (for example), it can be seen that NO event reasons are maintained under "To_Wrapper_Event_Reason" block.

So the configuration in "manage data" is NOT sufficient.

Go to manage data >> Country/Region >> Insert new record, set effective date >> Under 'to_wrapper_Event_Reason', assign all the event reason needed:

• Assign the country/region-specific event reasons to the relevant country only.
• Assign the globally-applicable event reasons to all countries/regions.

 >> save

The issue should be resolved.
