Symptom
- Welcome email was not received by system owner. Therefore you can not access the tenant
- Users do not see the system emails (welcome) from SAP Datasphere
- Email notifications sent from SAP Datasphere arrive in your junk folder in your e-mail client (i.e. Outlook)
