Symptom

  • Welcome email was not received by system owner, therefore you can not access the tenant;
  • Users do not see the system emails (welcome) from SAP Datasphere;
  • Email notifications sent from SAP Datasphere arrive in your junk folder in your e-mail client (i.e. Outlook).
