Symptom

  • Welcome email was not received by system owner. Therefore you can not access the tenant
  • Users do not see the system emails (welcome) from SAP  Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC)
  • Email notifications sent from DWC arrive in your junk folder in your e-mail client (i.e. Outlook)
