3263039 - ONB 1.0 DRTM Purge fails for large dataset over 1000 records

It is needed to complete the data retention purging (ONB 1.0 DRTM) for large dataset over 1000 records.

But it fails with error.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

The standard ONB 1.0 Purge Functionality was not designed to purge a very large list of records (> 1,000) at one time.

What is needed to do: Create a support ticket (at least 10 business days in advance to schedule a job ).

Provide the below details along with this KBA number.

1. Written approval for SAP to remove the records
2. The list of HRdataIDs in a CSV file for ONB 1.0 DRTM purging
3. Provide the system ID where the records must be removed
4. Provide the deadline date for records removal
5. Once purge completed, please check to insure that a subset sample of records are purged (start, middle, end of the list)
6. Update the support ticket back to SAP with specific example HRdataIDs (at least three), if further SAP assistance is needed
