3263140 - Error Message "You Are Not Able to Open This Link Due To a Missing Work Center View Assignment" While Accessing The Form Template Selection Rule View

User unable to access form template selection show rule for : XYZ , the following  error message is shown :
"You are not able to open this link due to a missing work center view assignment".

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Administrator Work Center in Cloud for Customer or Application and User Management work center in Business ByDesign.
2. Navigate to the Input and Output Management View.
3. Navigate to the Form Template Selection.
4. Select the dropdown for Show Rules.
5. Select XYZ then go

Form Template Selection is part of the following work center views :

SALES_ADMIN_WCVIEW

COD_TERRITORYREALIGNMENTRUN_WC

SEODSOCIALADMINWCVIEW

BC_IMPLEMENTATIONPROJECTS

As the above views are not assigned to the respective user so , the affected employee is unable to see the rules of form template selection

Assign the respective work center then the employee is able to access rules for the respective form template selection

To assign the work center follow below steps,

1. Go to the Business Users view
   • In SAP Cloud for Customer, within the Administrator work center.
   • In SAP Business ByDesign, within the Application and User Management work center.
2. Access the Business Users view.
3. Search for the affected business user
4. Select edit access rights.
5. Navigate to Work Center and View Assignment 
6. Assign the respective work center views.
