3263260 - Error in Control Framework Message no. FES022 when downloading or uploading data from SAP GUI through GUI_UPLOAD/GUI_DOWNLOAD Function Modules

Symptom

  • Whenever a file is transferred through packages with network sharing folder regardless of size (the application has a message indicating packages are loading)  via GUI_DOWNLOAD/GUI_UPLOAD FMs, the process can fail with a notification "Error in control framework" and/or FES022 error code.


  • "Error when opening the download file" and "Error when opening the download file" can also occur.
