3263278 - DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL in /IWBEP/CL_CLASS_UTIL

Symptom

After a kernel patch, the following dump is happening:

Category ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL
ABAP Program /IWBEP/CL_CLASS_UTIL==========CP
Application Component OPU-BSE-SDE

In section "Database Interface Information" of the dump you should see a similar line:

B E ***LOG BY8=> no more cursors available [dbrsql#4993]
