3263398 - The developed application is not available in Fiori Launchpad even though the authorizations are correctly set

• The Custom UI app that you developed is not available in the system even though the Business Catalog is correctly assigned.
• You're receiving the message "Navigation to the item in the source application is not supported for this item type" when trying to open the IAM app trough the Extensibility Inventory.
• You're receiving the message "Application can only be used in the Extensibility Development System" when opening the app in Extensibility Inventory. 
• You have a 3-System Landscape.

You're trying to open the application in your Development Tenant inside the Development System and therefore you'll not be able to use the application within this system.

The IAM App can only be used/opened in the Customizing Tenant. 

 

Open the application in your Customizing Tenant system. 

*Don't forget to check if the user has the needed Business Catalog assigned in the Customizing Tenant.
