3263634 - Pipeline Flow Shows Different Value to Amount on Pipeline Manager

A different amount is shown on the Pipeline Flow compared to the Pipeline Manager.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Intelligent Sales Execution work centre
2. Go to the Pipeline Manager view
3. You see an amount A displayed
4. Go to he Pipeline Flow
5. You see a different amount B displayed (both A and B represents the numerical amount).

The amounts are calculated differently. An example could be the following:

Pipeline manager shows amount A and Pipeline flow shows amount B

Look at the breakdown of the various sections on the Pipeline Flow

Full amount B is the sum of the following:

• Regressed has amount x
• Unchanged has amount x1
• Won  has amount x2
• Lost has amount x3

If you add those amounts up, you receive amount B: + x1 + x2 + x3 = B

However, adding the regressed and unchanged leaves you with amount A: x + x1 = A (note that there might be rounding).

This is the expected system behaviour.
