3263697 - Cannot submit an instance refresh due to a warning message in IRT tool

Symptom

  • Instance refresh cannot be submitted due to error when trying to schedule it: "The refresh request can't be submitted because the previous attempt to refresh <instance> on YYYY/MM/DD failed. Please contact Product Support to revert only SAP SuccessFactors Learning Application back to its original state, after which you can submit an instance refresh request for target instance <instance> using the tool."
  • Instance refresh cannot be submitted due to error when trying to schedule it: "The refresh request can't be submitted because the previous attempt to refresh <instance> on YYYY/MM/DD failed. Please contact Product Support to revert only the HCM Suite Application back to its original state, after which you can submit an instance refresh request for target instance <instance> using the tool."
  • When checking the refresh status in the target instance, it shows the following message: "Refresh status: Refresh has been executing for more than the expected number of hours. Please contact SAP Cloud Support and provide the error log file. To download the log file, click the ellipses button under the Action column for the corresponding refresh request and then click "Download Log". "
