A report or app is needed where a complete list of purchase orders not yet released, along with the level at which stuck, can be obtained.

From the Manage Purchase Orders app, only the current status of the Purchase Order can be extracted.

The app Flexible Workflow Administration can be used, and the workflow logs for each item can be checked as shown in the image:
