3263911 - How to backup connections between SSFF and CPI?

Symptom

You have changed the configuration of the SF connector/any connector in CPI and saved it and now you want to go back to old configuration.

To do this, you want to know If we can backup the old connection configuration in CPI or not.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create iFLow in CPI

2. Use SF connector to configure to connect to SF and configure the API query

3. Change the query and save it.

4. Now you want to go back to previous connector configuration.

Cause

CPI integration doesn't store the previous/old configuration of the iFLow.

Resolution

There is no option to backup connection in CPI. What you can do is, duplicate/ save CPI integration with different version. Or you can copy that iFlow and save it with different name.
