When creating an object (e.g Ticket) via Data Workbench, the Employee is not receiving the assignment notification.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
As of now event notifications are not generated for migration tasks - i.e. importing/updating data via Data Workbench.
Resolution
This is the standard behavior of the system.
