3263934 - Unable to see new repository added to Job Server in Designer

Symptom

  • CMC > Repositories Blank screen when looking up repositories even though with repoman added repository
  • When trying to add Repository with CMC > Repositories > Create get error: Message from webpage <title> Http Status 500-Internal Server Error
  • CMC > Services click the AdaptiveJobServer
  • Error: The edge between objects X and Y does not exist. (FWM 02054)
  • Tried a repair of BI/IPS and Data Services does not fix issue
