3263941 - Error Message: Priority Must Be a Numeric Value Greater Than Zero

Symptom

You receive error messages when trying to create a prioritize bank accounts and payment methods.

- The action could not be performed. An error has occured.

- Priority must be a numeric value greater than zero.

- Save failed.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Overview view.
  3. Search for Activity: Global Settings for Payment and open it.
  4. Select Prioritize Bank Accounts and Payment Methods.
  5. Click 'Add Row' and enter the required data.
  6. Then save the entry and system gives error messages:

- The action could not be performed. An error has occured.

- Priority must be a numeric value greater than zero.

- Save failed.

Cause

The field 'Priority' cannot be left blank.

Resolution

You need to enter an integer value which is greater than zero in the field 'Priority'. If you cannot find the field 'Priority', please check if the field is hidden or is not marked visible in the interface.

If the field is not visible, please follows the steps below to make it available via Adaptation Mode:

  1. Go to Adaptation mode.
  2. Go to Unnamed Table.
  3. You will see the 'Priority' field.
  4. Check mark it and save.
  5. Click on Publish changes.
