3263944 - Authorization Error Occurs for Displaying Dunning Letter

In "Display Dunning History" app, below message is displayed when you are trying to display dunning letter.
"The PDF file couldn't be loaded. If the problem persists, you may be missing a required authorization and you should contact technical support."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition 

1. Open "Display Dunning History" app and Go.
2. Click the button "Display Letter".
3. A pop-up opens with message "The PDF file couldn't be loaded. If the problem persists, you may be missing a required authorization and you should contact technical support".

The dunning option 'E-mail' is being used. Display Dunning History and My Dunning Proposals do not support the Display Letter function when the dunning option is set to E-mail.
This is due to logic checking spool requests for dunning letters, those are created only when you are using a printer setup.

Confirm whether "PRINT" has been maintain in the output channel for output type "DUNN_NOTICE" in "Output Parameter Determination" app.
