3263964 - Decimal separator in Performance Forms

For Legacy Form Experience:

When the system is in a locale in which the decimal separator is a comma, such as Portuguese and German, this is localized in the Goal Plan, however, the performance forms shows a dot as the decimal separator.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

This is currently the system expected behavior for Legacy Form Experience, Performance Management forms do not support localization for the decimal separator, the system uses a dot as the decimal separator.

However, for Latest Form Experience, this has been enhanced and now localization is supported for the decimal separator.
