3264542 - Error occurs when loading transaction data from other model - BPC NW

Symptom

BPC delta load package is failing with error "Error occurs when loading transaction data from other model".

You can find the following error by debugging FM RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ during the package execution:

An exception with the type CX_SY_ITAB_LINE_NOT_FOUND was raised, but was not
A row with the key 'PRIMARY_KEY' and the values {0REQUID}' is not in the table.
