Symptom

When opening a workbook, Analysis Office client tool crashes with the following error:
The server threw an exception. Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT)

In dev_nco_rfc.log, below log is noticed:
Invalid program status\: RFC call BICS_PROV_SET_STATE returned an exception: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE:
Incompatible Call Rejected, see note 2295840; Called Incompatible Function :BICS_PROV_SET_STATE:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeDEST:<SYSTEM>_a -
