Symptom
You are unable to receive any Outbound SAP CPQ emails.
These emails could be notification emails set under the Setup, or could be password reset emails, or document generation emails, etc.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Resolution
Please whitelist the SMTP IPs to resolve the issue.
