3264907 - SAP CPQ Outbound Emails Not Received or Sent to Spam – SMTP IP Whitelisting

Symptom

Outbound emails sent from SAP CPQ are not received or are delivered to the spam or junk folder.

This behavior may affect different types of emails, such as:

  • Notification emails configured in Setup.

  • Password reset emails.

  • Document generation emails.

  • Other system-generated emails.

In some scenarios:

  • Outbound emails are not received.

  • Emails are delivered to the junk folder.

  • SMTP IP addresses are required to be whitelisted on the mail server.
