Symptom
Outbound emails sent from SAP CPQ are not received or are delivered to the spam or junk folder.
This behavior may affect different types of emails, such as:

Notification emails configured in Setup.

Password reset emails.
-
Document generation emails.
-
Other system-generated emails.
In some scenarios:
-
Outbound emails are not received.
-
Emails are delivered to the junk folder.
-
SMTP IP addresses are required to be whitelisted on the mail server.
