3264912 - Submit Button is Disabled in Sales Orders

You find the Submit button is disabled in some sales orders and want to know the reason.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Open the order ABC, you see the Submit button on the top is disabled. (ABC represents the ID of sales order)

The sales order is In Preparation status, and no List Price component is added to the sales order items, hence submit is disabled.

You need to manually add the List Price in the order.

1. Go to the Pricing and Invociing tab - Pricing sub tab of the sales order.
2. Select one item line, i.e. 10, click Add Row button.
3. From Price Component drop down list, select List Price. 
4. Once the List Price is added, the Submit button is then enabled.
