3265090 - HiringNotCompleted flag is still set to true although employee is fully hired in EC - Onboarding

Employees which were onboarded through manage pending hires and is showing active in both EC and UDF. However, their HiringNotCompleted flag is set to true instead of false. 

1. Go to Data Inspector
2. Entity: Table_EMP_EMPLOYMENT_INFO
3. Criteria to use is User Sys ID
4. Validate that the Hiring Not Completed value is still set to 1

Based on the analysis, the HiringNotCompleted flag remains set to true because the employee was hired through Manage Pending Hires, which appears to have bypassed the standard Onboarding process completion logic. Although the user is active in Employee Central, it is suggested that the system did not register the onboarding as fully completed, preventing the flag from updating.

A support ticket should be created for component LOD-SF-OBX-EC to validate the current status. The assigned team is requested to raise an Ops Ticket for a script execution to correct the HiringNotCompleted flag.
