3265090 - HiringNotCompleted flag is still set to true although employee is fully hired in EC - Onboarding

Employees which were onboarded through manage pending hires and is showing active in both EC and UDF. However, their HiringNotCompleted flag is set to true instead of false. 

Root-cause not yet determined.

• Permanent fix was provided by the Engineering team for this known issue in this patch-OBX-23640 which was deployed on 7th September 2022 (Preview and Production)
• For existing candidates impacted by this issue before the patch, kindly create internal ticket to Support for backend script execution to update the HiringNotCompleted flag.
