3265335 - New Hire Activities Tile is not displaying to the New Hire at the New Home Page in Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

New Hire Custom Tile does not displayed for the New Hire with the New Hire Activities 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the instance 
  2. Proxy as the New Hire
  3. No Custom Tile is displayed

Cause

OnboardingCandidateInfo permission under Miscellaneous Permissions is missing

Resolution

  1. Enable the OnboardingCandidateInfo under miscellaneous permission by doing the following:
  2. Go to Configure Object Definition
  3. Search for OnboardingCandidateInfo object
  4. Make correction
  5. at Security section select secure as Yes and Permission Category: Miscellaneous Permission
  6. Click SAVE
  7. Added the permission to the New Hire Role
  8. Tile is displaying for the sample candidate
