Symptom


After upgrade of introscope enterprise manager to to version 10.7 ,Introscope Push stops working with errors in IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log :


[ERROR] [SAP Push Worker 1] [Manager.SapPush.QMS] Failed to load global properties file /usr/sap/DAB/SMDA04/SMDAgent/applications.config/com.sap.smd.agent.application.e2emai/MAI/em.Default_Configuration.properties
java.io.IOException: failed to read push credentials
Caused by: com.sap.security.core.server.secstorefs.FileInvalidException: File "/usr/sap/DAB/SMDA04/SMDAgent/applications.config/com.sap.smd.agent.application.e2emai/MAI/em.Default_Configuration.properties" is invalid: software version 7.00.000.001 is incompatible with file version 7.50.000.005.
