3265926 - Wrong long text format in MES system with SOAP API

Symptom

Manufacturing Order Activity long text is not formatted correctly in MES system when using SOAP API Manufacturing Order – Send (Version 2).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Cause

Standard system behavior of the API.

Resolution

The LongText field in API is a plain long text without any formatting.

The long text will be copied without any formatting.
