3265936 - Import Static Groups not updating the groups

The customer is importing the file in 'Import Static Group' and the system returns successfully imported but is not updating the group.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Manage Permission Groups
2. Click on "Import Static Group"
3. Select the import type: Delta Replace
4. By clicking in 'Choose File' Uploaded the file provided in .csv and Unicode(UTF-8) 
5. Click in 'Upload' it returns: Static Group Import Job Successfully submitted! 
6. Go check the group, it is not updated.

Check if the column 'USERID' is filled with the USERID value and not the USERNAME.

It should be the same in the UDF(User Data File), to check it follow the steps: Go to Employee Export> Click on Export User File
