3266187 - Anonymous access for OCC dashboard is not working after update to ST-OST SP09 or higher

Symptom

After upgrading SAP Focused Insights to SP09 or higher (upgrade of SAP Solution Manager to SP14 or higher), the anonymous access for OCC dashboard is not working and login credentials are required.

You can see following error in the internet browser Developer tools:
Error: failed to load 'sap/galilei/thirdparty/jspdf.min.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/AGS_GAL_RES/sap/galilei/thirdparty/jspdf.min.js:
Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest':
Failed to load 'https://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/AGS_GAL_RES/sap/galilei/thirdparty/jspdf.min.js'

Environment

SAP FOCUSED INSIGHTS 2.0 SP09 or higher
SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 SP14 or higher
