3266197 - SPAM/SAINT error : FAILED to load SAPCRYPTOLIB in phase IMPORT_PROPER

While upgrading using SPAM/SAINT, error encountered in phase IMPORT_PROPER.

• SLOG<YYWW>.<SID> is showing error:
