Customer would like to know how a facet name can be changed (for example "Notes") at Service Ticket screen

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Services Work Center
- Select Tickets
- Open any Ticket
- At Ticket screen, you want to change "Notes" facet name to other text
In order to change any facet name at Service Ticket screen (for example "Notes"), please follow the below steps:
- Go to the Administration work center -> General Settings -> Language Adaptation
- Create a new Language Adaptation.
- Select UI Texts only.
- Select 'Service' Workcenter.
- Press 'Save'.
- Press 'Collect Texts'.
- Wait for the action to be finished.
- Search for the text (for example "Notes")
- Replace it by another target text.
