3266324 - How to rename facet name at Service Ticket screen

Symptom

Customer would like to know how a facet name can be changed (for example "Notes") at Service Ticket screen

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Services Work Center
  2. Select Tickets
  3. Open any Ticket 
  4. At Ticket screen, you want to change "Notes" facet name to other text

Cause

Resolution

In order to change any facet name at Service Ticket screen (for example "Notes"), please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Administration work center -> General Settings -> Language Adaptation
  2. Create a new Language Adaptation.
  3. Select UI Texts only.
  4. Select Workcenter that you want to change e.g. 'Service'.
  5. Press 'Save'.
  6. Press 'Collect Texts'.
  7. Wait for the action to be finished.
  8. Search for the text (for example "Notes")
  9. Replace it by another Target Text.
  10. Please note that not all Target Text can be change and only the options that have the Edit Icon (Pencil) when you select the Target Text box beside the field you would like to change.
