3266377 - Gap Scale Values Are Too Small To Read in Performance Form

When reviewing a goal section of a performance form, the Gap scale values are in a small text.

2. Tie rating scale to performance form template
3. Launch performance form
4. See the gap analysis scale is too small to read

Rating Scale is configured with a large number of values.

This behavior is expected based on the number of values in the rating scale:

The solution is to reduce the number of values in the rating scale so the Gap analysis range can be viewed clearly.
