After entering the password for your user (Universal ID) in SAP Cloud Integration logon page, an icon with a person inside a yellow circle is shown and the login process never completes. The yellow circles keep moving.
When checking the console for the web request by using the developer tools, there is an HTTP 409 error.
- Logon page:
Error: Request failed with status code 409
To get the console logs:
- Reproduce the problem;
- When the error appears, right click;
- And select Inspect;
- Then go to the 'Console' tab.
