Symptom

After subscribing for service 'API Business Hub Enterprise, API management' in BTP environment you are unable to open the API Hub and you are receiving the following error (even though the roles have been assigned):

  • Please complete setting up the API Portal, assign the AuthGroup.SelfService.Admin role to yourself and login again
