Adding user to the Cloud Foundry Environment CF space fails with the below error:

We could not add user <user details> to the space. As a Space Manager, you can only add users to a space if they are already members of the Cloud Foundry org. Ask your Org Manager to add this user to the org without any roles, and then try again.
