You are currently developing an easier way to input serial numbers while confirming production tasks and to assign them in the serial number hierarchy of the output product.

However you note in the production task business object, the node serial number hierarchy is not open for editing/writing.

The public write access is NO.

Your request is if it is possible to release the elements input product ID and input product serial ID of this node for write access so that you can continue with the development.

There are many check written at Action/Validation/Determination level related to serial number, if you update or delete serial number via ABSL then those check will not get executed and that might create some inconsistency in same or other business objects.

Hence, request for PSM access for related nodes are prohibited.
