3266765 - IBP process notification and email settings and issues

Symptom

  • There is no option to enable Email Notification for Due Tasks in SAP Fiori launchpad -> User Profile -> Settings -> Notifications
  • Process Management email notification (reminders) does not work on Test or Production IBP system.
  • Users do not get email notifications about Process instance status changes.
