3267039 - Marketing Attributes View Inside Accounts Showing Different List Between Edit/Display Mode

You are working inside the Marketing Attributes view of an account. You see a different list between edit/display mode. In edit mode you may additional marketing attributes with NULL values.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Open the Accounts view.
3. Open the Account ABC (where ABC is the ID of an account).
4. Select the Marketing Attributes view.
5. You notice DEF values (where DEF values is a list of marketing attributes).
6. Click in the Edit button (pencil icon).
7. You notice GHI values (where GHI is DEF + additional marketing attributes with NULL values).

You expected to see a same list between display/edit modes of this view.

A NULL value means marketing attribute for that is not existent yet. So, only in edit mode this will be displayed for your information on what can exist of marketing attributes for that account.
