When viewing the Performance History Portlet, deleted forms are still showing when there should only be active forms.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Cause
Expected behavior based on Provisioning settings.
Resolution
If the desire is to show only active forms, the following settings must be unchecked in Provisioning (As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner to implement the fix.):
- Show in-progress form ratings in live profile
- Show In-Progress Calibration Ratings In Live Profile
Workaround: Purge the deleted forms. More information is in Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Data Retention Management.
