  • You are using Live Activity integrated with 3rd party providers
  • You would like to understand the CTI Call Process Flow when a call, chat, SMS or e-mail arrives through the CTI widget

Resolution

  • The Live Activity Center is designed to identify customer and search for business objects such as tickets, products, contracts, and more. It also used for activity notes and follow-up actions like creating a ticket.
  • The Customer Hub is designed to provide agents with 360° customer information.
  • CTI Process Flow for Inbound Calls:

  • For Outbound calls, the Click to Call functionality must be enabled
