Resolution
- The Live Activity Center is designed to identify customer and search for business objects such as tickets, products, contracts, and more. It also used for activity notes and follow-up actions like creating a ticket.
- The Customer Hub is designed to provide agents with 360° customer information.
- CTI Process Flow for Inbound Calls:
- For Outbound calls, the Click to Call functionality must be enabled
