Symptom

When creating (BAPI_PO_CREATE1) or changing (BAPI_PO_CHANGE) a service/limit purchase order and maintaining value for POITEM-DISTRIB and POITEM-PART_INV, error ME 664(Change & could not be effected) is issued.
