3267145 - CTE - Integration SAP Concur (ICS) Investigation, How To's and guidance

This is an ongoing document, that have the intention to provide guidance for a quick investigation for the most common errors for the native standard ICS, please read bellow information before proceed.

HOW TO READ THIS ARTICLE:

Section "Reproducing the issue" you will find relevant steps mentioned at section "Cause".

At section "Cause" you will find the most common issues they will be separated as bellow:

At section "Solution" you will see templates mentioned at the section "Cause", use them when the cause match the error from the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

1. Is customer in old legacy or in new gateway authentication?

Access transaction CTE_SETUP and verify using a check connection whether the "Ping" check appears in the results.
Also, you can verify by the version of the URI displayed when performing a "Check Connection" at CTE_SETUP.

Old Legacy:

• If the "Ping" is present at the "Check Connection", then you're still with the Application JWT.
• If your financial integration/fi/vX/companies endpoints for the feedback loop are showing v1, then you're still with the Application JWT.

New gateway:

• If the "Ping" is not present at the "Check Connection", then you're using the Company JWT.
• If your financial integration/fi/vX/companies endpoints for the feedback loop are showing v4, then you're using the Company JWT.
