3267756 - SCC RFC SNC app server connection fails and states it’s a message server connection

Symptom

While attempting to establish a connection between the Cloud Connector and the SAP backend system - S/4HANA or ECC - using RFC SNC, an error appears in the ljs_trace.log or scc_core.trc (after version 2.17.0).
